The assumption of the project was to raise the key mathematical and digital competences necessary for seniors to live independently and with dignity.
Project goals:
The project was a response to the need to improve the quality of informal and non-formal learning of seniors in the field of the third key competence (mathematics) and digital skills, and in the context of improving the quality of education.
The project strengthened educational cooperation in the field of adult education, thanks to which the educational offer of the Gaudete Foundation was expanded.
The activities covered two areas of mobility: group mobility of adult learners and mobility for staff. Seniors received support in developing key competences, including mathematical, digital and ecological competences. The trip was carried out in the form of a group mobility of adult students to Hungary.
Staff mobility in the form of job shadowing was implemented. The adult education staff from the Gaudete Foundation took part in the activity by observing the work of the host organization in Spain.
